Hotel Features. The Hotel Santa Fe's focal point is a dome-shaped fireplace complimented by rustic woods and local fabrics where snacks are served. Guests are pampered with therapeutic body treatments and massages at an on-site holistic spa. Outdoors, sculptured gardens frame a sparkling pool reflecting a cerulean blue sky. The hotel restaurant, Amaya, serves gourmet dishes with wild game and seafood while guests enjoy the lilting notes of a Native flute. Specialties include Venison Osso Bucco and Squash Bisque.
